Yard of the Month

This contest will run from April through October of each year.  Winners must not have any deed violations or outstanding association fees.  One of the most important factors in keeping property values high is yard maintenance.  Beautiful, well-kept yards are very pleasing to the eye and make very good first impressions for our neighborhood.

 National Night Out (NNO)

This event is held on the first Tuesday of August and was designed to promote community involvement in crime and drug prevention.  NNO also strengthens police community relations and encourages neighborhood camaraderie. NNO will help us to meet our neighbors and better protect ourselves from crime.  The bike parade led by the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Department was a big hit each year.

  Holiday Light Decorating Contest

During the holiday season of each year, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners of this contest receive recognition for their outstanding efforts.
