| About Us |
Improvements -Our new marquee sign was designed to keep homeowners updated with information regarding Kingsbridge Village and other entities related to our community. Some homeowners have expressed concern regarding the placement. Fort Bend County issued the permit for the sign and county personnel selected the location as one that provides safe visibility of traffic. Homeowners are advised to slow down when approaching the Bissonnet/Dora Meadows intersection to turn, and take a moment to watch carefully for passing traffic. Open Board Position - One of our Board of Directors positions needs to be filled. If you are interested in learning more about serving your community in this capacity please contact us by e-mail in the Contact Us section of this website or call Residential Community Management at the phone number listed. Vandalism - We care for our community. To report any vandalism, suspicious persons or vehicles, call the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Department at 281-342-6116. "No Parking Signs" - Signs have been erected stating that no parking of commercial vehicles is allowed in our area between the hours of 10:00pm and 6:00am. If you see any commercial vehicles parked in our community during this time frame please call the sheriff. S.E.A.L. Security - S.E.A.L. Security patrols our community daily in an effort to prevent crime and improve personal safety for our residents. Residents can call 281-342-6116 to reach S.E.A.L.’s dispatcher if you are in need of non-emergency assistance. Remember, in an emergency, to call 911. Also, keep in mind that in many non-emergency situations the sheriff will need to be contacted as well. Although S.E.A.L. has been a valuable resource, we are still seeking community crime watch volunteers to organize additional efforts for our neighborhood. Homeowners reporting suspicious activity is one of the top deterrents of crime. If you are interested in serving your community in this capacity please contact RCM at 281-493-5400 or click the Contact Us button at www.kbvhoa.org Greater Mission Bend Area Council – Kingsbridge Village is now a member of the GMBAC.
